Operational intelligence for job-based businesses

Run the jobs. We'll run the office.

Your back office, joined into one. You should never wonder whether the work got billed. Or whether you got paid. Armos connects the tools you already run into one dashboard, then automates the office work between them.

The problem

Remove the 2am questions.

You are the bottleneck, and you know it. The work gets done. The office work doesn't. Every quote, every invoice, every follow-up waits on the one person who can't be on the site and at the desk at the same time.

01

Quotes sit for a week

The measurement is done. The estimate is in your head, your truck, and a photo roll. The client calls someone else.

02

Finished jobs go unbilled

Change orders on a text thread. Materials on a receipt in a glovebox. Nobody is certain the invoice went out.

03

Collections are a favor you ask

Chasing money from people you like is uncomfortable, so it slips. Thirty days becomes ninety.

What we run

Five parts of the office, joined into one.

We don't replace your systems. We connect them, then take the repeat work off your desk, and leave you a single dashboard that tells the truth.

01 / Delivery

Project delivery & tracking

Every job has a stage, an owner, and a date. Field updates move it forward without anyone typing the same thing twice.

How it works

Four weeks from first call to a quiet office.

01 / Week one

We map the work

Two days on your process. Where jobs stall, what gets typed twice, what falls through.

02 / Week two

We connect the tools

Your accounting, job management, field app, and inbox joined into one record of the job.

03 / Week three

We automate, you approve

Quoting, billing, and follow-up run on rails. Anything that touches a client waits for your yes.

04 / Ongoing

We keep it running

A monthly review, a named person to call, and changes as the business changes.

Who it's for

Businesses that earn by the job.

Five to eighty people. Real revenue, thin office. The owner still approves the money.

General contractors

Remodels and builds with change orders that outrun the paperwork.

Builder suppliers

Quotes, POs, and deliveries tied to the jobs they're feeding.

Specialty trades

Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, tile. Crews dispatched and billed the same week.

Service businesses

Recurring and one-off work where scheduling and collections eat the week.

Bar Kimchi, founder of Armos

"I ran projects for a residential GC in the Bay Area. The crews were never the problem. The office was. And it was always the same five things, at every company I saw."
Bar Kimchi · Founder of Armos · Brooklyn, NY

Armos is Greek for the joint, the place where two pieces meet and hold. That's the work: joining the parts of your business that already exist so the whole thing carries weight.

Questions

Asked on nearly every first call.

Do I have to switch software?

No. The whole point is to connect what you already run. QuickBooks, Jobber, JobTread, ServiceTitan, Buildertrend, CompanyCam, Gmail, spreadsheets. If a tool genuinely can't connect, we tell you straight and route around it.

I'm not a contractor. Does this still apply?

If your revenue comes from jobs instead of transactions, yes. Suppliers, fabricators, specialty trades and service businesses all hit the same wall: the owner is the one quoting, scheduling, and chasing payment.

How long before something actually works?

Week one is the map, week two the connections. The first automation is usually live by week three, so you see something working before the office goes quiet.

Can you connect QuickBooks to my job software?

Yes. QuickBooks Online has a clean connection, so approved work can invoice itself and past-due invoices chase themselves. QuickBooks Desktop takes more setup, which we scope in week one.

What if I mostly run on spreadsheets?

Common, and a fine starting point. Your job tracker becomes one live dashboard that updates itself, instead of you retyping the same numbers at 9pm.

Who owns the accounts and the data?

You do, all of it. Everything is built inside your accounts, under your logins, with access scoped to only what each automation needs. If we ever part ways, the systems keep running and you keep the keys.

Who is behind Armos?

Bar Kimchi, a former project manager for a residential GC who ran kitchen and bath remodels, managed subs, and chased payment himself. Armos exists because the office was always the bottleneck, at every company he saw.

Something else?

Ask directly. You'll get a straight answer, including "that's not worth automating."
